INFORMED THE STORE EMPLOYEES THE RESTROOM HAD BOOBOO ALL OVER THE PLACE AND HIS ONLY RESPONSE WAS THEY HAVE NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS SUBWAY IS THE MOST RACIST ESTABLISHMENT IN ILLINOIS WHY DO WE CONTINUE TO SUPPORT THEM WHEN THEY DISRESPECT US SO MUCH. I love getting the footlong Veggie patty sandwich. Its made fresh and how I like it: toasted on whole grain roll with melted pepper jack cheese. The fixings I like: Spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, some guardine(sic) peppers, topped off with a Chipotle dressing. The guy I think that owns/manages it was very nice and made the sandwich with care. I go into this Subway every so often. Its well lit and clean. I recommend it

the food here is good, but i want it to be known that the male manager is very hostile towards homeless people; a few months ago, while i was trying to order my sandwich, i watched the guy leave the register so he could whack a homeless person who came into their restaurant with a broom, with enough force to make a loud sound. it really disturbed me, and since i just remembered that situation today, i decided to post this now.

Terrible place tried to charge me for double meat, when the damn sandwich was skimpy asl, a old Indian lady made, then middle aged Indian guy finished I asked him he said there’s nothing they can do….. don’t go there ever….. I know tollhouse cookies when I see them, they aren’t baking cookies there either…. This why the place stay empty now… save your time and money….

I ordered a steak and cheese and got the absolute skimpiest sandwich I've ever had at ANY Subway ... seriously it was bread and veggies with a hint of steak. just for my own info i scraped the steak off...it was 3 tablespoons ... total rip off. Definitely will not be back.

I have been a customer of this subway for 10 years. During the pandemic even with inflation, I spend $400-$500 per month at this location. In the last six months, there has been new staff. It takes 20 minutes for one sandwich, with two people in the store with two employees. The staff is always in the back attending to their kids when the owner isn't there. I get that sometimes you may have to bring your kids to work. But is it sanitary? Especially since I have gotten food poisoning from this location. I dislike writing reviews as I know they can destroy a business. But the staff has been rude to other customers as well as myself for months now. Tonight one of the employees got mad I politely asked for four complete slices of fresh mozz. I very much dislike paying for crumbs of fresh mozz when the cheese is extra and I spend so much at subway. For $18 an order for a single person order with premium cheese, I can make several sandwiches at home for less with fresh mozz. Sadly the owner is a great guy and as a fellow business owner, I hope he re-trains his staff otherwise he'll lose customers. This 10 year patron is now out!

Last night my wife stopped at Subway to pick up dinner for us tonight, 03.03.2022, approximately 9:15p... BAD CHOICE ON HER PART!!Store location:1101 West Bryn Mawr AveChicago Illinois 60660While we've never been to this location, we will NEVER patronize this location again!!Besides the sticker shock for two 6" subs and three cookies, $14.81, I don't understand why some locations are still in business, or even meet corporate guidelines!!Mine was the six inch steak & cheese. For some reason, it had NO cheese, even though my wife ordered provolone cheese. It's called steak & cheese for a reason. Toppings were green peppers, onions and chipotle sauce. The sauce was NOT chipotle, but sriracha!!It should be noted that the sauce bottles were not labeled and apparently the clerk didn't know the difference!!Due to stomach issues, I don't do spicy foods, I attempted to eat. The bread definitely was NOT fresh!! It was hard and dense. My second bite, a long hair came out with my bite!! The rest of the sandwich went in the trash!! DISGUSTING!!My wife ordered the six inch tuna. Her bread was also hard, stale, and dense. The bread definitely wasn't made today!! She used a spoon to eat the inside of the sandwich, and threw away the bread.Attached is a picture of my sandwich.No receipt in bag. I wish I could give them 0 stars then rush your order get it wrong and refuse to replace your sandwich. Toasted with Mayo I get a cold dry sandwich and no one picks up the phone. Honestly the worst subway I’ve ever encountered every time I order from them it’s wrong !
