Do not go to this subway unless it's on Sundays and Mondays in the evening. The workers serve people cold soup and close early. Let alone do not care for customer satisfaction. Their manager needs to fix that place before the loose more customers

Location is fairly clean, and the food is what you would expect from any other Subway. I tried the footlong pretzel and it's soft, warm, and salty. Maybe too salty for my liking, but it's not bad. The reason why I gave service 1 star is the fact that the person taking my order doesn't even speak english!?? I had to point at a pretzel picture to tell her what I wanted. To be clear, the lady was nice, but the fact that a restaurant in downtown would hire someone who doesn't speak English to take orders baffles me.

Lucy makes my experience every Tuesday when I go for lunch so enjoyable. She is so friendly and makes me feel so welcomed to be at her restaurant. Incredible service all around and takes care of her customers. See you next week!
