I was talking to this lady Named Emma. She was working at the closing time Saturday. She told me I can’t order because they are closed at 9:15pm and it says on google that they close at 10. She was telling me that the system won’t turn on again because she already closed it. 2 more customers walked in and she made their sandwiches. And when i asked her you guys close at 10 it shows on google maps she replies “i am a new comer”. She trying to make a fool out of me without knowing i have owned cafes i have worked in cafes in the past. I caught her lie the first time. Then i asked her name and she becomes nervous, she then asks were you wanting to order one more sandwich? I said yes, but you said no and then she bravely disrespected me saying yeah sorry we are closed even though she knows i saw she made those sandwiches for the other customers. Please trying to train her better or with that attitude i don’t think the business will do great.

I've never been a huge Subway fan, but today I decided to give their pizza a try. I’m so glad I did! I was a little unsure about the pizza options, so I asked the staff for some recommendations. Annie was amazing—she took the time to explain the options and even added extra veggies and sauces, making sure everything was perfect. The pizza was absolutely delicious, packed with flavor from all the spices and fresh ingredients. It's safe to say that I’ll be coming back to Subway for pizza more often now! Thank you, Annie, for your awesome service and for making this meal such a memorable experience. Highly recommend giving the pizza a try if you're on the fence!

This is a Gujrati owned Restaurant, they are misers. They won't give enough quantity of anything asked, they try to save money everywhere. I had the worst experience ever, two women were working as of 2 December, 2024 around 8.00 pm CDT. I ordered two footlongs of Spicy Nacho Chicken Sub, they have dropped it into the whole veggies counter, She dropped both my subs and then the chicken spilled into different veggie counters, I kid you not, she just picked up both subs and separated them in front of me and just packed the same and gave it. She did not change any veggies as well which came into contact with Cheese and Chicken. I do not recommend this restaurant, and hope that people stop coming to this store.

There is always one guy working everywhere in the store. It takes forever to order. @Subway Please appoint someone extra to help them out. And they take so long to give your order.

They are usually not crowded, and the staff is super friendly and tends to your needs.They are usually the only one's that load up the sandwich nicely.
Dietary restrictions: They serve non-zabiha halal food, so the only option generally is a tuna sub and vegetarian salad.
Kid-friendliness: The environment is quite open for kids.
I'm Japanese.It's an ordinary subway. However, it is better than Japanese fast food.Prices are higher in America than in Japan, so I was glad that the price was low.Also, it's not only low price, but also has a lot of quantity and tastes good.I think it will be popular in Japan, but for some reason it's not very popular.
