This is a negative zero rating!!! I was there at 7am when they opened. They young lady was mopping the floor and changed gloves to grab my order. Then, a ROACH!!!! crawled across the counter where the food was. Her response was "That's cause we were closed yesterday". I don't care when you're opened or closed....THERE SHOULDN'T BE ROACHES CRAWLING IN THIS STORE. I'm calling the health department. My employees eat there regularly (Well USED TO)!! Ugh.

We got there at around 8:00, the sign next to the door says closes at 9:00. The guy behind the counter was being slow and took awhile asking specific things about the order like if we were gonna get chips or if we were gonna get drinks which they don’t usually ask.And when we said we were gonna get dine in. He then says lobby closes in 10 minutes it was around 8:20 at the time so they still had awhile before closing. The other guy working told the guy that took are order to start mopping around us. They literally started mopping the floor while we were still sitting there.

Customer service on this location is horrible. I have being mistreated at this place twice and the only reason I keep coming back it’s because it’s the only location closer to my job. Customer service needs to improve!!

Placed a mobile order, said would be ready by 1:25 got there at1:25 had to wait an extra 20 minutes for my order to be made while I sat there, and other customers kept getting taken care of even tho they came in after me. I thought the point of mobile order was so people didn’t have to wait. Well not at this location.
No bathroom for customers. Typical subway food quality. Quick service and plenty of plaza

I don’t know what he thinks about himself I made a custom order and he says who are you to say me and he says me he working there from past 8 years and we made a order worth of $50.No respect with other customers too he is exhausted and taking his pressure on customers. Worst.
Vegetarian options: We got 7 orders and he is the only one in the store and I don’t know where he is from he can’t understand English and tells us back that u have to wait 30 mins.
