This place should lose Subway franchise. The lady working here had attitude and kept making face even when I was nice to her. She refused to give a little cup for mayonnaise and when I insisted she angrily took it out. I asked for a cup for water and she said that they son't have water here. I have been to many Subway's but necer like this. And there was no restroom to wash hands too. And when I told her that her service was poor today she made face. I can't believe that such human beings exist too- just ruining others' days because they are bored with their lives. 0000 star!

HORRIBLE! Just got here to order a BLT and the guys goes that he can’t make that. I then explained you can’t make a basic bacon lettuce tomato sandwich? The guy said not because it’s not on the Menu that a BMT was on the menu. Then I said I can custom make my sandwich anyway I want to regardless if on the menu or not. The guy had an attitude was throwing my sandwich together like it was nothing. Very horrible experience

It seems strange that every restaurant usually has restrooms, but after I ordered my food, the staff told me to use the restroom next door at Pizza Hut. I think I should report this to the Subway franchise. Seriously im gonna report to extreme level to a subway officials.

Be careful, they blatantly SCAM people here, especially those who aren’t familiar with the menu! They’ll sneak in extra charges for things you didn’t order or add paid ingredients without telling you. When you get to the register, the total is WAY higher than what you expected. And when you question it, the staff either play dumb or blame YOU, saying it’s your fault for not watching the screen.
This is outright disrespectful to customers. Other places at least explain what you’re paying for. Here they just try to rip you off while smiling in your face.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. Go to a real restaurant where they don’t treat you like an idiot.

If possible i would give less than a star for this specific subway. Even writing for this is a waste of time for me, but for the sake of people to visit keep in mind. The employees are terrible at service plus everything else. No customer service at all.

Google maps said it close at 10 pm . Is now 8:55 and the guys is telling me he will close in 5 minutes

This is a negative zero rating!!! I was there at 7am when they opened. They young lady was mopping the floor and changed gloves to grab my order. Then, a ROACH!!!! crawled across the counter where the food was. Her response was "That's cause we were closed yesterday". I don't care when you're opened or closed....THERE SHOULDN'T BE ROACHES CRAWLING IN THIS STORE. I'm calling the health department. My employees eat there regularly (Well USED TO)!! Ugh.

We got there at around 8:00, the sign next to the door says closes at 9:00. The guy behind the counter was being slow and took awhile asking specific things about the order like if we were gonna get chips or if we were gonna get drinks which they don’t usually ask.And when we said we were gonna get dine in. He then says lobby closes in 10 minutes it was around 8:20 at the time so they still had awhile before closing. The other guy working told the guy that took are order to start mopping around us. They literally started mopping the floor while we were still sitting there.
Customer service on this location is horrible. I have being mistreated at this place twice and the only reason I keep coming back it’s because it’s the only location closer to my job. Customer service needs to improve!!

Placed a mobile order, said would be ready by 1:25 got there at1:25 had to wait an extra 20 minutes for my order to be made while I sat there, and other customers kept getting taken care of even tho they came in after me. I thought the point of mobile order was so people didn’t have to wait. Well not at this location.
