The little Indian lady had me repeating myself multiple times. Maybe if she removed her AirPods she could hear me better. She was having a full blown conversation while making my sandwich's. She did not ask me if I want my sub toasted or not, she did whatever she wanted. Also, very stingy with the veggies. Literally one piece of everything. I had to constantly tell her to please add more. Very disappointing visit.

I ordered twice on the app for pickup. Both orders were canceled. Stay away from this location; why is it even an option to select this location for order pickups???

Avoid ordering from here. When I placed my order online in the app, I got an email saying that it was ready and confirmed for pick up, and when I got to the location, the employee told me that location does not accept online mobile orders. I tried getting a refund, but he told me to call my credit card company for the refund. Neither my bank nor the Subway restaurant would refund me my money.

The person who is actually attending was very rude I went to buy and asked if they accepted that coupon and he told me in a very bad way that no, that they did not accept those coupons there I really did not understand why the coupon does not say a specific establishment or address, I assume that They would accept them in all subways because the store doesn't have any ads that say they don't accept coupons. I don't know why they give them if they won't accept them ???

I placed an order for online delivery and The store used doordash to deliver. I never received my order. the doordash app sent a message that a guy was picking up my order and the estimated time i would receive it.....I never got it. I saw that a different person was getting my order when i checked and she said the person at subway told her my order had been picked up already. They are stealing money and need to close down. I never received my order and when I tried and doordash tried to contact them...no one answers the phone. I am reaching out o the corporate office for my refund because it is not right to leave someone waiting for food they know is not going to get delivered. I am not a satisfied customer and something need to be done. If they are not taking online orders then take the website down do not mislead people.

This store isn’t even worth a half of star. They participate in the Subway app as a location that accepts online orders and coupons but that is all a lie. When we showed up to get the food we ordered the lady gave us a receipt that the order was canceled and tried charging the full amount of the order. When we told them we used a coupon for their location Mr. Patel said we don’t accept coupons.

Don’t order off the app or website. The owner cancels all of the orders you make online to save a couple of dollars, because you pay less per sub that way. Cancelled on me twice. My advice to this subway, take yourself off the app so people don’t waste their time punching in an order only for you to cancel. On another note I always feel like my order is being rushed when I go in, even when no one else is in there. Then the audacity to ask for a tip when I go in lol no.

This 1 star is for the boss and the boss onlyImagine sitting at home and a subway ad comes on. On that ad, it promotes that subs are buy one get one via the app. You get excited because there's a location across the street from you that you like so you download the app and sign up...only for the store to cancel the order.When I arrived, I was told that the boss FORCES them to cancel ALL online orders, claiming it's a way that people get free food (which is false). Because of this, I had to travel to the other location and give them my service.My advice to the boss: stop lying. You're missing out on business for what? There's no reason whatsoever that you should be turning away paying customers. This isn't on the employees. The guy explaining it was the nicest person ever and I see big things in his future. But for the boss, I see this location taken over by new management or CLOSED before the year ends.My advice to the employees: Either transfer to a new location or find a new job because it's obvious that this manager doesn't care about the customers and would rather have the store fail.And for the boss to enforce these asinine and rarely come into the store, why are you hiding? You made the bed. Now sleep in it.Customers: Go the location on Fullerton and Cicero. They value your money more than here.

Workers do not respect the delivery drivers. I first-hand witnessed the Subway employee tell the driver to get the drinks ?. Why does Subway not fulfill the customer order so that the driver can pick up the prepared order to deliver to the customer?! The delivery driver is delivering the order and should not have to prepare the order, as these companies do not pay the delivery driver to also help build the order. How inconsiderate and disrespectful.

I mean it's convenient. It's right in front of the Fullerton and Laramie bus stop. Once in a while I'll go in here if I have to wait a long time for the Fullerton bus going eastbound. I'll fill in at the middle school that's about a block away and need a quick lunch so I'll come up here. They're real quick in here you know it's all good. You know the place is clean. There's always a place to sit. They always have what you want in here.
