The person who is actually attending was very rude I went to buy and asked if they accepted that coupon and he told me in a very bad way that no, that they did not accept those coupons there I really did not understand why the coupon does not say a specific establishment or address, I assume that They would accept them in all subways because the store doesn't have any ads that say they don't accept coupons. I don't know why they give them if they won't accept them ???
I placed an order for online delivery and The store used doordash to deliver. I never received my order. the doordash app sent a message that a guy was picking up my order and the estimated time i would receive it.....I never got it. I saw that a different person was getting my order when i checked and she said the person at subway told her my order had been picked up already. They are stealing money and need to close down. Avoid ordering from here. When I placed my order online in the app, I got an email saying that it was ready and confirmed for pick up, and when I got to the location, the employee told me that location does not accept online mobile orders. I tried getting a refund, but he told me to call my credit card company for the refund. Neither my bank nor the Subway restaurant would refund me my money.
