I stay across the street for over 30yrs and I ain’t never in my life heard you can’t have a sandwich the way you want it and paying for it the young lady had not one customer in the store and felt the need to say she didn’t have to make the sandwich the way I wanted it and paying for with the nasty attitude they never want to make your food properly never wanna switch out gloves after touching money or anyone else’s food just simply rude nasty customer service I will be mentioned this to our NEIGHBOR ALDERMEN 😈

I visited this Subway location and was very disappointed with the customer service. The girl working there was extremely unprofessional and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. She was rude, didn’t greet customers, and acted like she was above serving people. No smile, no courtesy, just a bad attitude overall. This kind of behavior really ruins the experience. I hope the management takes action and trains their staff better.

I got excellent customer service and a great sandwich from John. I got bacon for the first time because I didn’t know it was an option before he offered it. I also told him I was putting my sandwich in my bag so he gave me a plastic sleeve to prevent anything spilling. Thanks for a great experience John.

Everyone who complains here just wants something for free. Imagine working and some customer demands an hour of your paid time for a mistake that can be handled promptly. Then again I don't think these people complaining actually have jobs.

This is the most unbelievable subway I’ve been to. I stop regularly. 50% of the time no on is behind the counter and I just walk on. Subway really needs to get some AI sandwich artists developed.

Needs to bring back chicken noodle soup and salad bowl. What time do they close on Monday and Sunday they always close at 830 pm
It’s Subway so hopefully you know what you’re getting into. As a subway connoisseur tho I can tell u this is an above average subway! The spicy italian ohhhhhhhhh so good. Great prices too!
