THEY CLOSE AT 9PM!!!! Their hours are wrong on Google and the app!!! Somehow you can still make a mobile order on the app after they close. Nobody seems to care enough to change the hours and you won’t easily get a refund from either the store or corporate subway? So basically call them before you order…
Food is on par for a typical subway, but the staff here always seems rude. One guy even tells us not to tip when paying by card because the owner keeps it. He insists you tip by cash, but then it becomes awkward because then I don’t tip at all since I don’t carry cash.
The location itself was clean and the ingredients were seemingly fresh, however the employee seemed rude and was hesitant to fulfill my requests or just refused. He seemed annoyed when I would ask for more vegetables or double toasted. At the end I asked for a water cup, which he said no to because customers asking for water cups have been a big problem, so I asked how much to buy one and he just kept saying come back tomorrow at 9 in the morning.
