The first smothered chicken with dressing red beans and rice was absolutely deliciousThe second smothered Chicken dressing and red beans meal was a disaster the chicken was only half done there was blood in the flesh of the chicken as well as the bone and the dressing was dry I ate the red beans and made myself a peanut butter and jelly sandwichThe third and final visit was even worse the fried Cornish hen dressing and red beans and rice was not eatable Fried Cornish hen sounds...
