Ladies and gentlemen (and my they/them friends), I broke my 3.5 month strict no sugar diet after walking into Sugar Bliss… They have an EARL GREY MACARON with I think a dark chocolate filling that I just could not pass up. It would almost be a disservice to me and my health journey to not get this earl grey macaron. Service was perfection, macaron was perfection, breaking my diet was worth it. Shout out to the team there that was so nice and helpful like the general manager...

Stopped in to buy some Macarons for gifts. Walked up to the counter and the clerk was leafing through a binder. I stood there waiting while she continued. Eventually she looked over to help me and she did not seem thrilled. I do get it, I also do not enjoy customer service, but this was not promising. One of my questions was answered by someone seated at one of the customer cafe tables, and that person also appeared to be slightly annoyed. Maybe this was just me misinterpreting...

Stopped in while visiting Chicago for a work conference. Super cute place with great customer service and delicious macarons! I wish I could have tried one of everything! I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Chicago!
