Nice restaurant with an interesting vibe. I think they’re known for the fun cocktails but we just stopped in for some milkshakes which were ok. Seems like a fun place if you have a big celebration, a bit of a Cheesecake Factory vibe with a candy theme.

Everything was great, from the service down to the food. Server made everyone feel welcomed and was very patient.

I enjoyed the staff and the atmosphere. The team made accommodations to help fit the celebration of my 13-year-old autistic son's Birthday? We had a reservation for ten, and they treated him with the upmost respect and made sure accommodations fitted us enough to celebrate him without sensory overload❤️❤️❤️?? Thank You so much for the support and a great time. The Sugar Factory Rocks the Spectrum April is Autism Awareness Month Too!

The server was very nice his name was Freddy, I came in with my husband and children no special occasion just to take the children out. If I couldGive the food 0 stars I would, this was the most disgusting over priced food I have ever had. We got there about 1:30 pm and my entire house has been vomiting since we left. I am still queasy & it’s 11:48 at night. The mimosas taste likeThey are made with seltzer water. The rainbow stack of pancakes tasted like cardboard, the rainbow sliders tasted the same. My spinach dip burned. It was a horrible experience over all

Don’t waste your time. We had to wait to be seated… even though it wasn’t crowded. . Then we weren’t allowed to sit a a booth because we only had a party of 3, even though many were many available and multiple with only 3 seated. The poor service seemed to be isolated with the young women seating people. Her indifference was shameful. Food was mediocre at best.

Cute appeal, cute restaurant, but not the best food or service! We had dinner elsewhere so came here for dessert only to get an overpriced shake that tasted so horrible! The donut was old, stale, and dried out. The brownie was like cardboard, no flavor, just disappointing! The watermelon goblet drink we got without alcohol for the kids to try- all it was is sprite with a splash of flavoring, for 40 bucks! Cool concept, but might as well just save yourself the money and do this at home with your kids. The sliders were decent, the buns were soft and good but the meat was over salted. The Carlos cappuccino drink, what a joke, for a 2 oz cup, $8!!!We were a party of 8 and they automatically included a 20% gratuity fee, only to be ignored for the rest of the night after we placed our order. The waitress failed to check on us after we got our food. We asked one of the runners for ketchup, but also ignored us. So we then asked the bartender, the bartender was on top of her game, she was able to quickly get us ketchup. They weren’t even busy. It was just before 8pm on Thursday April 4th.Will definitely take my business elsewhere, for a place that offers homemade donuts and brownies.

Had dinner here recently while visiting Chicago. On the plus side, the menu portions are huge. You can easily get two meals out of an entree. However, while I’m not one to usually balk at costs, this place is pricey. While the drinks are big, they are $42 each. Plus, 20% gratuity is automatic even if you are dining with two people. I usually tip that regardless, but having it mandated without a large group just doesn’t sit well.
