Sugar Factory Reviews
It was my birthday and the drink we picked and the rainbow sliders were out and there were no ducks available. Food came up a bit short for the price. Service was excellent and the drink was super fun, although we needed to order another because it didn't seem there was any booze in our $45 drink at all. It was a good experience, fun, but a bit overpriced.
Sugar Factory is a popular restaurant with a fun and pleasant vibe, known for its great food, colorful decor, and impressive candy displays. Guests often enjoy the food, which is described as delicious and top-tier, and the drinks, especially the large fishbowls, are fun and flavorful. The atmosphere is lively and perfect for a night out or starting an evening before heading to clubs, particularly on Clark Street. Service generally receives positive reviews, with many visitors finding it seamless and top notch. The decor, featuring lots of candy on the walls, adds to the unique experience. However, some guests have encountered issues, such as being seated near the bathroom or feeling the prices are high, with bills over $300 for four people. A notable incident involved a miscommunication with a staff member selling photos, which slightly marred the experience despite an apology. Overall, Sugar Factory offers a memorable experience, especially for those looking for a fun, vibrant setting with good food and drinks, and it remains a favorite for repeat visitors.
