Great experience. Yang our chef was great and the food and experience is wonderful and a lot of fun. You may not love all 17 pieces but the quality of fish is top notch. We will be back again.

This was such a cute spot for dinner with friends! Not only was the food delicious but the staff were wonderful, they all played a part in making the experience so much fun!

We stayed at the hotel and saw that this place had great reviews. We love sushi and have never had an omakase experience, so we went all out. Every piece was amazing! The staff was kind and the drinks were great too! We would definitely do this again!

I'm a local and I will never go back. Ignore the good reviews. Only someone who has never had great sushi would think this was great. Of the 12 "courses" maybe three of them were above average; the rest were ordinary, dull nigiri you could get anywhere for 1/4 the price. The portions are minuscule. You'll feel like you ate only a few tiny appetizers when you're done. Not worth it in any way. There are so many better sushi options within walking distance of here. Keep walking.

Great sushi and super friendly. Good sake and drinks too. Some people have commented that it is fairly fast. It is. But that is actually fairly standard for most omakase places I've been including in Japan. If you want a 3 hour slow relaxed dinner, go eat a Michelin Star or three. If you want great sushi in a friendly atmosphere, come here.

The BEST experience I've had in the city hands down!! Went to celebrate my birthday and was my first time trying Omakase, and let me tell you it will not be my last! This is a spot to bring any fish/sushi lover for a gorgeous, fresh, and fun meal. From the warm welcome from the host and team when entering the door, to the friendly and knowledgeable service - everything was PERFECT! Chef did an amazing job presenting and curating our 17 course bougie omakase (with the must add caviar bump kit!) we enjoyed every flavorful bite and the best part was watching chef make them! The whole evening we felt like we were apart of the Sushi by Bou team, as they made us feel at home. Thanks to the whole team for making my birthday special :) I will most definitely be back!

We had a very loud party by our side and it definitely was not a "speak easy" kind of experience. We were rushed through the meal and the food was nice but not worth the augmented price. It felt more like a regular and expensive sushi night, rather than a sophisticated Omasake experience. The staff was friendly and extremely polite. Just not the sensory experience we were seeking...

Went for the $65 for 2 (12 course meal) and it ended up being over $100 in total. The food was really solid and the experience was nice, but it is fairly expensive for what you get. I personally felt like I left still hungry and the individual purchases weren't worth it. I get that its supposed to be upscale, higher-end dining. The food was exceptional and tasted incredible. I just felt like the portion sizes were not to my liking for what I paid. Good experience though.

Another great experience!! The attention to all the details, the freshness of the ingredients and amazing staff makes thr perfect combination.

Not only is the omakase pretty legit here, shout out to Chef Bou for adjusting the rice when I mentioned I was getting full, but this is also a place I feel safe coming as a female solo diner.

It was a great experience with great ambience. Very cool to have the chef preparing each bite for our 12 course Omakase. Each bite was described and tasted amazing. What a fun experience.

Amazing as always! Love that each location has a completely different vibe. Claridge House is definitely the fanciest of the lot, I prefer the hip hop styled bar in West Loop!
