I have been here several times and it's always very very good!!!! Chef Poom and Jane are friendly and super gentle to serve me. This is the best omakase time i have ever had!

Great service, great vibe.

The food was pretty good but nothing stunning. We didn’t feel full after 12 pieces of nigiri, either. But this is a pretty good price for omakase anyway.

The hostess was awesome, greeted us nicely and led us to our seats. It felt like the chefs were a bit grumpy based on my other Omakase experiences, less interactive than others. In terms of atmosphere and the speakeasy feel I really wanted, they have the possibility to get that going but it's lacking that exclusive factor. Perhaps cause it's in a hotel lobby? Just seems like a bit of a bland experience for a $300 meal for 2.

We recently had our first omakase experience at Sushi by Bou, and while it was worth trying once, we found it a bit overpriced and overrated. The 12-course menu featured a variety of high-quality selections, including hamachi, akami, botanebi, ikura, bincho, maguro, hotate, gindara, toro, sake, wagyuni, and unagi. While the craftsmanship was evident, we genuinely enjoyed only three—bincho, toro, and sake—while the rest didn’t quite impress us. The flavors and textures varied, but some pieces felt underwhelming for the price. That said, it was a unique experience with a solid ambiance, just not one we’d rush to repeat.

Fantastic Omakase experience! Service was exceptional. The food was delicious. The vibe and decor inside were similar to a roaring 20s speakeasy. Very cool spot!

I love this place and ALL Sushi By Bou locations so much, the food is always incredible but it's the staff that consistently makes the experience something truly special. HUGE shoutouts to Chris, Maddie and Chelsea (and of course the real OG Otto) for another INCREDIBLE Sushi By Bou night!!!
