Sweet and delicious greens.While I thoroughly enjoy them this new location needs some help. I ordered through the app and waited 40 minutes to get my order (25 over the initial estimated time). While it was painful to wait for the food, it was absolutely worth it. While I typically don't order salads or prefer to eat them in general, sweetgreens makes it work for me. I feel healthier, full, and guilt free. I highly recommend the roasted sweet potatoes. If only there was a location closer to where I live then I'd probably be here once a week.

Thank you Ubereats for recommending the worst place to eat in the state of Illinois.Where do I even begin?? SMH! I ordered the harvest bowl, but what I got was a bowl full of kale with sprinkled on chicken, mushy sweet potatoes, a cold, teaspoon amount, of wild rice, and this tiny little cup of almonds. But the funny part is the extra $2 that I paid for a sliver of avacado... that was browning already. I know... hard to believe right?? Well, I've included pictures for your consideration. Needless to say, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Extremely disappointed! Wasted my money! I ordered the BBQ salmon and there was no BBQ sauce on it at all! The portion of salmon was very small and they ran out of wild rice. The meal doesn’t look anything like how it was advertised. I need a full refund! Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

Let's be real. This is the freshest spot on the block. I waited a few minutes for my order but then i saw the amount of prep they have to do to keep fresh ingredients stocked. One employee was just focused on breaking down a large tower of kale.I'd rather have a quality salad and wait a few minutes than have fast service and fast food. you get what you pay for in, money and time. For me, good food is a service in its own.I got the miso glazed salmon. I was against it as I have been burned many a time by asian inspired dishes.But the employee Q recommended it and I gave it a shot. And was pleasantly surprised. Its simple, fresh and the salads taste great.

I like ordering the fish taco salad with extra toppings. Quality of food is consistent.The reasons for 3 stars is because their service is slow. So I result in ordering online. The huge problem with that route is they give you the tiniest cup of dressing via online grubhub. It's so unrealistic. And u can't add extra of the same dressing... you have to pick a different dressing to have more dressing with your salad. It's so annoying.

Love the food but the service lately has not been good. Strangely they have a ton of employees at this location but not sure what they are doing or why they can't fill orders in a timely manner. But they can't. Last night I waited forever for my pick up order along with many other people. I finally just left. I love the food even though it's overpriced. I sooo wish that they could just get their service together. Provide good customer service please. And to make matters beyond irritating, if they screw up your order, they make you email corporate for a refund. .....Now that just makes you want to scream.

This location is one of the worst ones I’ve been to in the city. Always seems to be understaffed. If you order online, they give you a smaller portion or mess up the order, so I like to order in person but the wait time can be really bad sometimes for no reason it seems like since there are more people working in the back.

I come here often and the food is great they have good Salads and bowls. most of the time. I order a head to pick app book from time to time. High order to sit and relax at the restaurant. they have Plenty of options to choose from.And they also offer kombucha as well as organic lemonade. There is paid parking all arounduring the summer. They have outdoor sittand they have indoor seating as well.
