The food is horrible quality. I just received my bowl with the portabella mushrooms on it and they were completely burnt and has as a rock. I’ve had this exact meal before and they’re never been this hard. As someone who doesn’t eat meat and substituted the mushrooms instead, I’m incredibly disappointed.

Just ordered the new peach salad to go. They forgot the goat cheese… a main ingredient. Ruined my meal. It is so bland :( Not surprised they have such bad reviews.

Terrible management!!! Stop cutting corners for maximum profit at the expense of the workers,customers, and the product!!! You have 3 people working trying to fulfill 50 orders at a time! It makes no sense! Hire two more people!!! There’s no point in ordering ahead because they don’t make them. Sweet green management at this location sucks!!!

I don’t understand all the 1 star reviews, we got Claire as our service member and she was extremely helpful, friendly, and had a great attitude! She gave us a 1 of 1 experience at this Sweetgreen!

Always feel great after eating their delicious salads that are prepared so quickly!
Would be 0 stars if possible. Worst sweetgreen I’ve ever been to. They consistently get my order wrong. Not a huge salad guy but my wife likes it so I figured I could at least get some steak in my steak salad. I was wrong. No steak in the steak salad. I guess I can’t order online, need to be physically present in the store so I can supervise these bozos to ensure that there is indeed steak on a $20 steak salad. Think I’m done with this spot. Booooo! 0 stars!

I picked up my food here in the sweet green and I asked for the rest room but the employee says the rest room is only for staff members and he is very rude to me bad experience for the first time never going to come again at this location

Beat the lunch crowd for some quick service. I went with the Harvest Bowl. I would consider switching the greens and adding more sweet potatoes. The drink selection for dine-in is terrible, and there is no drinking water availability.

The service is really bad. Ordering ahead does nothing. People ordering at the store got their food and left while people that ordered online still waited and waited and waited. The staff isn’t nice at all either. They get annoyed when you ask about your order. Do better . Specially when I’m paying 16+ dollars for a salad.
