I don’t understand all the 1 star reviews, we got Claire as our service member and she was extremely helpful, friendly, and had a great attitude! She gave us a 1 of 1 experience at this Sweetgreen!
Beat the lunch crowd for some quick service. I went with the Harvest Bowl. I would consider switching the greens and adding more sweet potatoes. The drink selection for dine-in is terrible, and there is no drinking water availability.
Mackenzie asked me how my day was and I mentioned I accidentally ordered to the wrong location. She went above n beyond to get me my sweet pass credit for this order, got my order right, and was genuinely such a nice person to interact with.
Also this location makes the best salads out of the other sweetgreens in Chicago.
