I’ve had SG three times. Twice they forgot the dressing. Kale isn’t ideal without a dressing. Disappointed. Put Chick-fil-A ranch on it. Wasn’t good. Ate the chicken & apples & rice and tossed the rest in the garbage. Wild rice isn’t good with ranch. Nothing against Chick-fil-A. Pretty sure it was the lack of dressing on the kale salad. No. More. Scamming. Adults. Into thinking they can eat kale without dressing!

Horrible overall experience. I placed a pickup and went in for pickup and the so called “manager” was very rude and dismissive. He slammed my order on the counter for no reason and when asked if he was okay he walked up very close to the counter towards me and said “ Is you Good” very rudely. Then after all of that the food was terrible. How do you mess up a salad? They figured it out. Lol

Why is there no tamper proof seal on my order??!! I cannot always dine in or pick up. I stopped using delivery 4 months ago because each time there was no seal. Please help me understand in this era of atmosphere uncertainty and unscrupulous delivery people why you cannot seal my delivery order?????? I am done!! No more delivery for me!

The food quality always varies; sometimes good and sometimes bad, but the real issue is the customer service. I ordered a custom bowl without protein, but was instead charged for the Crispy Rice Bowl, a pre-made bowl that's more expensive. I assumed the prices for the custom bowls had increased but when I left and looked at my receipt, I realized I was overcharged for an item I didn't even order. Avoid this location!

Ordered delivery for two people packing me to move, should be easy enough. ONLY ONE ITEM WAS DELIVERED. Spoke to the delivery driver, he said that was the only thing given to him. So, they left one of my hard working people without lunch. I am furious! And then, THE ATROCITY THAT IS "CUSTOMER CARE"!!! Endless texting, zero resolution. NEVER AGAIN, SWEETGREEN. LESSON LEARNED. I will find some other place for salads, no thank you.

During my visit, two individuals accidentally collided, causing their drinks to spill onto the floor. Surprisingly, the liquid remained there for a full 10 minutes, with most employees seemingly unconcerned about the hazardous situation. Fortunately, one exceptional employee named Antoine took immediate action. He promptly cleaned up the spill, put up a warning sign, and ensured the area was safe for everyone. Antoine's quick response and diligence stood out starkly against the indifference shown by other staff members. His exemplary handling of the spill demonstrates his dedication to maintaining a safe environment and deserves recognition, possibly even a raise or promotion.
People working were rude. Wouldn’t recommend.
