Rude staff here snapped at me for asking a simple question about a menu item. Food here is not worth putting up with staff here.
There are so many reviews here about rude staff but they simply do not care because they are in prime location with few other options around. No wonder sweetgreen is on its way to bankruptcy.

Low quality of food , múltiple items missing from my meal as well. and the workers need real hair Nets. I found small strands of hair in my food. Very disapointing. Not worth the money. Don’t eat here, food makes your stomach hurt.

I had to give the salad three stars, but Nick was one of the rudest service workers I’ve ever met. He was an annoyed the second I asked for some additions to my bowl. I asked for my dressing on the side and he was annoyed. I also asked it to be saran wrap because I was walking home. He was annoyed because he was having issues with the saran wrap. I said thank you multiple times and he ignored me the entire time I ordered. Sweet Green Corporate I’m sure you can look at the cameras and watch the whole experience. Can’t return here with the level of service. I just experienced from Nick. Unacceptable standards

I spent a lot of money here, I got told I cannot come here anymore because of using the bathroom, but my girlfriend came in a used the bathroom after I finished while I was washing my hands. Absolutely horrible experience, these people just want your money, the food is mediocre anyways, I do not recommend this place at all, the general manager is a really angry old man who is also very rude.

Worst place ever. I went with my husband and my husband went at 9pm and asked if they were closed and one of the workers said well you’re already inside. They were so rude and most of the things inside the bowl were missing. I would not recommend and try cava instead it’s way better.

I’ve had SG three times. Twice they forgot the dressing. Kale isn’t ideal without a dressing. Disappointed. Put Chick-fil-A ranch on it. Wasn’t good. Ate the chicken & apples & rice and tossed the rest in the garbage. Wild rice isn’t good with ranch. Nothing against Chick-fil-A. Pretty sure it was the lack of dressing on the kale salad. No. More. Scamming. Adults. Into thinking they can eat kale without dressing!

Horrible overall experience. I placed a pickup and went in for pickup and the so called “manager” was very rude and dismissive. He slammed my order on the counter for no reason and when asked if he was okay he walked up very close to the counter towards me and said “ Is you Good” very rudely. Then after all of that the food was terrible. How do you mess up a salad? They figured it out. Lol

I received an Uber eats order. The bowl was half filled with food. the bowl or bag was not sealed. My food looked tampered with. Please seal the bowls and bags with delivery services. I wasted 25 dollars because who can speak with anyone at Uber eats?
