This place consistently gets their delivery orders wrong. The first time I was missing a side and I excused it as a fluke and innocent mistake.I tried a second time a few months later and I got a whole other person’s order, even though my name was stapled to the outside of the bag. So it wasn’t the delivery drivers fault. Won’t be ordering again if I can’t even expect to get the food I ordered right in the first place.

Everyone save their money and time by not going to this location. Over half my lettuce was already wilted/browned/soggy, the avocado was not at all ripe, the dressing did not taste like it has at other locations (in a bad way), and did not give the slice of bread when I said I'd like one. On top of all that, the worker that built my bowl put the dressing on and mixed my bowl without asking (which I would have asked them not to do and put dressing on the side). They had a decent line and were moving quick, so I did not get the chance to ask them to not do this and was hurried out the door. I hate to write a review this like but the food was disgusting and wish I had my money back. Don't think I can visit another sweetgreen again after this incident because it left such an awful taste.

Management is absolutely TERRIBLE. WILL NOT GIVE SUPPORT to their shift managers. They hire literally ANYBODY and it shows with the constant loud ghetto music playing at all times of the day, even in the mornings. The crew doesn't know how to actually work or give even MEDIOCRE customer service. THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR RETRAINING!!!

3/1/24 @130pm….The food is delicious can’t deny that but I’ve been to 4 SG spots and I have to say the OakPark location is by far the best my coworker/friend and I eat there and the portion size is nice and reasonable. Let me tell you this location down from my house on Randolph omg I ordered ahead and sent my adult daughter in to grab my food due to parking issues, she took forever coming out an when she did I asked why wasn’t my food in a bag and asked where was my dressing mind you I ordered an extra one neither was included with my food. When I opened the plate it was half a piece of salmon an less than an ounce of rice the portion size looked like a dam kids meal. Then why not just serve the dam food on a smaller plate or bowl make it make sense. I got out my car and returned the food I refuse to be insulted! Mind you I have been to this location once before with the same complaint but figured maybe that was just a bad day, it happens so I decided to go back, again it’s within walking distance and the same issue again. SG needs to do better seriously ppl frequent the establishment for a reason why not take a step back and seriously reevaluate and reexamine the real issue here. These owners need to reinvent how they provide portions to customers especially for the price. And stop using the same written lines you memorized for every review at every location with no solution to any of the issues ppl have posted.

What’s the point of having a phone number when it doesn’t even connect you to the store.I had an order pick up from this location for a Salmon Salad…. And can you figure out what they forgot? The damn SALMON!Have never been this upset for a sweetgreen mealWill never be ordering from this location again, the employees behind the counter didn’t even wanna help me out when I came back in to make a complaint.Ridiculous customer service at this place

I visited this place yesterday for lunch. Ordered harvest bowl, it was just delicious so filling. You ca.la customise it based on your preference. Staf was friendly and welcoming. We visited during the lunch hour and there was no waiting. We quickly got our food and a table. Free parking and ample spaces available. I highly recommend this place!

Sweet green is the best place to get healthier food but throw is the 4th time I get the worst service by the same guys who work there in the evening. There is no welcome first which is ok but the responses to questions while ordering the guy are s totally rude. He is making a whole show even with gesture . Last time I ordered protein plate(salmon ) he forgot to put rice and try to charge me for rice then I reminded them( him/her I don’t know ). I do not complain but to ivy’s show it’s a no. I am heading to the state st where it’s great.That agent has to be focused and respectful.

Was one of my favorite places until recently where items are removed from the menu and dishes I really enjoyed and the not replaced by anything for the same price. Not a good thing. I have eaten my last from this resturant.

Can always count on this location for a nice gray avacado, suspect romaine, and a big glob of goat cheese right on top of the dressing container lid. Man, I love sweetgreen, why do I have to live by the worst one? It always smells weird inside and the AC is often off during the summer. No wonder the employees seem miserable. Seems like the manager needs some help or a new role. I HATE leaving bad reviews but this location has been struggling for a while and someone should step in. I don’t want a credit or refund, I just want to live near a good sweetgreen.
