The staff is racist to me, the person that was making the food made two Mexican ladies go in front of me when I’ve been waiting to order, the other staff person wouldn’t even take my order. Please don’t go here for your food, plus, the restaurant is super tiny and there is no where to sit!! I’ll never come here again because I didn’t deserve the treatment I got from the staff!! All I wanted was a salad!! ??

Do not order ahead under any circumstance, your salad will sit in the pick-up counter for 20-30min before the scheduled time you request. Unless you enjoy wilted greens, wait in the absurdly long line for a fresh, massively overpriced (albeit very healthy) salad.Edit: there was no avocado on the order and they provided the wrong dressings despite charging full price AND the rep at the pick-up counter had the nerve to complain about “how long we took to pick up the order” scheduled for 7:15 (we picked it up at 7:13) avoid this location at all costs.

[Celiac - gluten free review] I absolutely LOVE this place. It’s super popular with the business crowd for lunch but it’s definitely worth it. The salads are excellent, filling, and flavorful. Whenever I go, I make sure to tell my server that I have a gluten allergy, they wash their hands and change their gloves. Sweetgreen’s nutritional menu details which salads have gluten but it’s only a few that have bread or breadcrumbs. My favorite salads are the Harvest, Crispy Rice, and Shroomami.Dietary restrictions: Sweetgreen is great about dietary restrictions - they allow for ingredient swaps and take care with allergens.
First time coming in here. Staff is super rude. There's a white guy in a bandanna who seems to be having a bad day and taking it on the customers. Staff laughing in the back. I didn't know much and staff was super rude about guiding me. The food was mid at best. I asked for chicken which is extra and got a half a scoop. Go somewhere else if you want sweet green because I did hear great things about this place!

Really good salad options. Loved the variety they offer. Enjoyed the salad for my 1st meal of the day & it felt really good & refreshing. Good staff, very helpful in explaining what goes well with what. Good ambience too. Clean place. It’s that kind of a place where you can relax & enjoy your meal.
For this salad to be $18 Kaity gives the smallest scoop of chicken I’ve ever witnessed. Such a waste of money…

My grandma loves sweetgreen's salads we had ordered ours thorough doordash I had one with her a couple of weeks ago and they were very good loved it.

Service was the best! This was my first time going to Sweetgreen and the lady was VERY patient with me when I tried to order for my father. He's a little picky with what he puts in his salad but her patience made it a breeze when helping him.The place is nice and clean but it could be that we went shortly after they open.If you're going to visit Millennium Park you must stop here for some healthy meal then this is a must go!

First time here and I wanted to like it. Ordered salad with avocado off the menu. I wasn’t told until after they started making my salad that they didn’t have avocado and I waited 15 minutes for the avocado.When I started eating my salad I noticed that there were two huge clumps of avocado that were hard as a rock. They didn’t even cut them into pieces and I couldn’t eat it.I ended up throwing most of the salad away.Very expensive for what you’re getting.Super disappointing.
