Ordered the garlic steak dish for home delivery. When it arrived I was shocked. There was virtually no meat in the bowl. It was mainly a rice and tomato salad. There was about a single tablespoon of meat. An absolute rip off. Everything else was rice tomato and potatoes. Will never order from this place again!

I come to Sweetgreen a few times throughout the week and I always seem to get the same employee to build my salad (she knows it by heart) She’s about 5’4 and carmel skin. Her name is Lee. She very kind and has great customer service. I told her recently, I’ve been coming to this location for a-couple of years and she’s one of the few that gives and shows great customer service. I also told her lastnight I would give a review. Keep it up!

Poor customer service, empty food containers behind the counter, unwillingness to refill before customer's place their order, and not very tidy.
I visited this location for the first time today—I’ve been really craving Sweetgreen—but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I arrived, most of the food stations were empty and not prepped, and several employees were laughing and chatting instead of working.
While the person who took my order was friendly and professional, the rest of the team didn’t seem engaged, and the food I received was cold and didn’t taste fresh.
I was really looking forward to this meal, so it was frustrating to see the store in that state. I hope this feedback helps improve things for future customers.

I was here a little earlier i’m the day during my lunch break and one of the employees kept messing up my order. she had to start over 3 separate times because she messed up on 3 separate stations, causing me to be late going back to work. it was a simple modified version of the BBQ chicken.

Location was great but has gone down hill lately. My last three orders have been wrong and had things missing. Products stale and rice crunchy. Makes me sad because I loved this location.

Very good!!!!! The cashier also made my order. He was a tall light skin black man. Very good customer service, very nice. I purchased the chicken, avocado, ranch salad with everything. Everything was good. My only complaint is that the pickled onions were overly pickled. I know that's like an oxymoron but it didn't have any balance between the sweetness and vinegar. They were extremely vinegary today (10/21).
Very clean in here! Keep it up!! Just watch the vinegar to sugar ratio in the pickled onions!!

The service at this location is completely OUTSTANDING! There’s a sweet green by my job. I’ve never been greeted or treated with the respect that I’ve received at the Hyde Park location. The staff is always excellent and friendly. Sweet Green Hyde Park you ROCK! ❤️❤️❤️

I wanted sweetgreen so bad. I walked into the the restaurant the staff was talking to each other. So I waited until they were finished with that conversation. I ordered 1 hummus crunch and added avocado, crushed red peppers. The first lady said we don't have crushed red peppers 😳😳😳😳😳. I explained that they are right in front of her.the second lady says we only carry chilli peppers but again the crushed red peppers were right in their faces. So I get my order then leave only to get to work with no avocado. So I had to go all the way back.then it was a lady bug in my lettuce. I will not return.

Today I had a fantastic meal at Sweetgreen, and I can’t stop thinking about how fresh, flavorful, and satisfying it was. I ordered the miso-glazed salmon bowl, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The salmon was perfectly cooked—tender, flaky, and coated in a rich, savory miso glaze that added just the right balance of umami and sweetness. It paired beautifully with the rest of the bowl’s ingredients, which were equally fresh and thoughtfully assembled.
The base of the bowl had a hearty mix of warm grains and greens, providing both nourishment and texture. Every component—from the crisp cucumbers and shredded cabbage to the tangy pickled onions and spicy sunflower seeds—added a unique layer of flavor. The dressing tied everything together with a subtle zing that didn’t overpower the natural ingredients.
