The service at this location is completely OUTSTANDING! There’s a sweet green by my job. I’ve never been greeted or treated with the respect that I’ve received at the Hyde Park location. The staff is always excellent and friendly. Sweet Green Hyde Park you ROCK! ❤️❤️❤️

I wanted sweetgreen so bad. I walked into the the restaurant the staff was talking to each other. So I waited until they were finished with that conversation. I ordered 1 hummus crunch and added avocado, crushed red peppers. The first lady said we don't have crushed red peppers 😳😳😳😳😳. I explained that they are right in front of her.the second lady says we only carry chilli peppers but again the crushed red peppers were right in their faces. So I get my order then leave only to get to work with no avocado. So I had to go all the way back.then it was a lady bug in my lettuce. I will not return.

I ordered the miso-glazed salmon bowl, and it completely exceeded my expectations. It paired beautifully with the rest of the bowl’s ingredients, which were equally fresh and thoughtfully assembled.
The base of the bowl had a hearty mix of warm grains and greens, providing both nourishment and texture. Every component—from the crisp cucumbers and shredded cabbage to the tangy pickled onions and spicy sunflower seeds—added a unique layer of flavor. The dressing tied everything together with a subtle zing that didn’t overpower the natural ingredients.

I placed an online order with sweetgreen for the first time today. I chose their Guacamole Greens salad, which I was kind of excited about. The pickup was scheduled for 11:45 a.m., and when I arrived, the food was ready and waiting. But... below you'll find two pictures of the chicken portion of the salad. One is what they promise you online. The other is what I actually received. Can you guess which is which? ****Sigh****

I really love the food BUT .........what is up with their employees!! SUPER passive aggressive and they move slower than a snail crawling across glue!!! And so ANGRY.....until they are not all of a sudden. I think they only employ people with bipolar disorder maybe. But food is great

I wish I read the reviews before ordering via app from this location . Missing items from my salad . Fries extremely stale which makes me think the order was completed a while before time of notification. I’ve ordered from other sweet greens with no such issues though

Food was good , yet the customer service was poor. Enter store at 11:30 am on May 7. Inform server of which dish I wanted. She ask me if I wanted anything extra. Informed her I would let her know as she make it. Cause I was not sure. She became nasty 🤮 instantly. Stop hiring these women with issues. Hire college student and mature women. Leave the hood outside.

I just tried to order a plate that I customized and the woman working there told me that “sweetgreen doesn’t want me to order it that way” and refused to allow me to order my meal custom and pay for it as such. She was extremely rude and condescending. When I said I was going to leave without ordering she told me to “have a nice holiday” which was extremely patronizing. I’ve ordered this plate this way at not only this sweetgreen location, but also others in Chicago with no issues. It’s a shame that someone who is hired to do their job refused to do it because of her ego. I’ll reach out to corporate.
