I just tried to order a plate that I customized and the woman working there told me that “sweetgreen doesn’t want me to order it that way” and refused to allow me to order my meal custom and pay for it as such. She was extremely rude and condescending. When I said I was going to leave without ordering she told me to “have a nice holiday” which was extremely patronizing. I’ve ordered this plate this way at not only this sweetgreen location, but also others in Chicago with no issues. It’s a shame that someone who is hired to do their job refused to do it because of her ego. I’ll reach out to corporate.

Ordered a chicken pesto parm bowl with extra broccoli and tortilla chips for pick up. When I got home, I open my salad and realized it didn’t have any chicken, extra broccoli or tortilla chips. Don’t order pickup from this location without validating your order before leaving the building! It little salty about it.

We really enjoy Sweetgreens but they NEVER get the order right. Its always a guessing game between what you order and what you actually get - but the food is very, very good.

Sweetgreen is a great company and the values are amazing. This location just gives misdirection and lack of management. They never have everything available, whether it’s chicken, quinoa, cucumbers, romaine, or steak. I literally cannot with this location and I’m so frustrated because it’s the closest location for the urban areas and this is the half assery we get.

I used to work at sweetgreen over 10 years ago and the food and the quality is still good! Shout out to MaKayla for making me a delicious autumn harvest bowl with spicy cashew. If you haven’t tried it, it’s a must!

wow the food was terrible! I think this location is really off. I ordered a kale Cesar and right off the bat the dressing was not fresh… then I tried the cherry tomatoes and they were rotten. The chicken tastes like fish. It was the worst salad I've ever had. Ive come to different sweet green locations all the time but this was my first and last time coming here.

I've gone 2x in one week and after 5pm it's impossible to get wild rice. I order the shroomumi because I eat vegan but 2x in less than 7 days I couldn't get wild rice. Someone is not prepping enough or starting fresh rice for evening shift. Either way I'm in Hospitality as well and I break my neck to get an item to a guest because of the company I work doesn't tolerate 86 items on a regular. Please have wild rice after 5pm.

I dont suggest anyone go here. Brijet W was extremely rude and unprofessional, spat in my food and purposefully overcharged me. My spouse and I ordered the SAME thing however she charged me over double what she charged her. Please see pictures below. This location needs to be inspected by corporate. The service was horrendous.
