Good lounge but could be better but overall Chicago lacks good lounges in international terminal sadly. staff always pleasant and smiling.

The front desk staff were rude and didn't want to let us in even with our business class ticket with a contracted airline. When we entered, we were the only ones there! Not sure why they were trying to gatekeep an empty lounge. There were a few sad sandwiches in a fridge and some soda water, and basically nothing else. No music, no atmosphere, it was very awkward. We left and had a better time in the main airport. Super disappointing.

This way definitely the smallest lounge i have seen and I wish this gets converted to something better than just few chairs, coffee and munchies.
