Front desk staff are rude and unprofessional.
Nice little space to grab a snack and something to drink. They have little things to go. Clean and simple.
The absolute worst lounge I've ever been to (I've been to 3). Tried Wingtips Lounge not too far from this one before visiting Swissport. Decided it wasn't too great so I wanted to check out Swissport. When I saw that they have MARUCHAN and how dark it was in there with no windows, I turned RIGHT AROUND. The bread on the sandwich was so dry. The ranch didn't even taste like ranch. Bro MARUCHAN at the lounge? How are people okay with that. If I could give negative stars I would.
