This was by far the worst Taco Bell experience of my entire life I order delivery at 10:30 and it said the arrival would be at 11:45 we waited until midnight still nothing then at 1 am we get a call saying that they are no longer making food and blocking the door entrance I was unable to cancel my order. The next morning I called and got cursed out and told that they don’t know what I am talking about and hung up later I ended up filing a report with corporate.

Absolutely awful experience and manager (not the staff’s fault). The service was so terrible that I will refrain from visiting any future taco bell locations. The orders were over an hour backed up and the manager almost kicked me out because she accused me of taking photos through the glass when I didn’t even have my phone out and was just waiting for my food. The only reason I didn’t get kicked out is because another customer vouched for me. As much as I love Taco Bell, the experience was just so humiliating that I will not continue to support the chain as a whole. Do better.

Eating burrito felt like eating just tortillas, it had very less beans and rice in it. The staff even forgot to pack sauces.

Well it’s taco bell so it is what it is.. however apparently they don’t serve beer. The staff try to gas light me into saying they don’t serve beer 🥴

The staff handled 9 orders from my basketball team quickly and correctly. The staff was attentive, helpful and attentive to all team members. Thanks.

Did not serve alcohol, essentially just a regular Taco Bell with a few of the cantina specific menu items

Their soda fountain was down so they gave me a Baja freeze instead of a Baja blast. When I tell you it was the most decadent Baja freeze I've ever tasted. The ice chips were the mathematically perfect size. It was like snow cone consistency. And the syrup and ice didn't weirdly separate near the end like they typically do.

It's not the food - it's the wait times and the clientele. On my first visit, it took me 20-plus minutes to get my order and it wasn't a lunchtime crowd. On the second, the food was ready in under five minutes, but a pack of teen wannabes walked in and ten minutes later, a fight nearly broke out between two girls over a purported hair-pulling incident. It's been better since, but the fact that crap like that was allowed to go on by staff without a single warning tells you all you need to know about what would happen if things got genuinely dangerous. The cantinas at Wicker Park or Logan Square are better alternatives.

Everybody in here the manager is the staff daytime nighttime is got to be the worst customer service in the world. They have no idea what hospitality is. They don't seem to have any education whatsoever.

Stopped by Taco Bell Cantina on Randolph for a quick bite—grabbed a Cantina Chicken crispy taco, a soft taco, and chips with avocado verde salsa, plus a Baja Blast freeze. Chicken was juicy and the cheese-crisp shell was 🔥, but the space felt a bit worn and they could clean up more. Chill spot—worth a return run.

They closed at 2am however at 1:20 stop taking food orders. How about you close at 1:30 then and stop taking food orders 115 am 🤷🏾‍♂️ Security guy was a.🕳️ He was ready to flex me like I was bothering somebody all I wanted was food, bro. Would never come back was not worth the two minute walk.
