The state of this place is pretty ridiculous. They only hire people who don’t want to work, even if it’s slow. Don’t bother coming if you want your order to come out on time, because they don’t want to make it.

Try calling this store - they won’t answer because they operate a complete scam. This Taco Bell is a complete scam. Never order delivery from them or go to this restaurant. Your order will be out for delivery for 2 hours and then the delivery driver will stalkerishly take a picture of your door and pretend the order is delivered and they just pocket and steal your money.

When I walked in there was 3-4 people sitting in the back staring at their phones and one guy working up front. No one noticed or acknowledged me in 90+ seconds standing there waiting to pick up my order. There were multiple missing things from order. I got $40 worth of food, which is like 3 meals. They didn’t include any sauces and neglected multiple items and charged add-ons like sour cream.

No issues with food or seating. A small fight broke out between two people (not sure you could call them customers) at this Taco Bell and none of the staff batted an eye. Must be normal for this Taco Bell? Made the dining process slightly uncomfortable.

Came to this location and waited a couple of minutes at the register before anyone acknowledged me. That was fine, as it was around dinner time. When a gentleman finally came to help me, I told him I had two mobile orders for pick up, one of which was placed more than a half an hour ago.
I was told to wait on the other end of the counter, where the food comes out after assembled. I was confused by this, given that I had a mobile order, but I complied. I waiting for 20 minutes before I noticed that people who ordered in person after me were getting their food. Turns out they’d made my orders and just left them on the counter behind the register. They didn’t call my name, they didn’t check when I initially informed them I was there for pick up, and they didn’t say sorry.
I’m honestly confused? If the gentleman that asked me to wait knew he hadn’t taken my order in person, why in the world would they allow me to wait there without checking, AT SOME POINT, what I was waiting for. Abysmal service at this location.

I went after midnight and the security guy and someone from the kitchen left their spot to go bother me and my friends, also they forgot my addons

I eat here sometimes outside the normal "rush" hours and I consistently get great quality food and service from the crew here.
Service definitely takes a hit later at night during busy hours but hardly surprising and not a knock on them - I think they do a good job considering the the "clientele" that's there around that time.
