Every single time I order through UberEats, any soda I order is COMPLETELY flat- it’s absurd! I’ve even tried ordering different drinks and they’re all flat… I don’t understand it. So ridiculous! Who is managing this place?

Solid Taco Bell spot

Horrible all the way around. First was the atmosphere. Just came to pick up the food I had ordered and the employee seemed upset that they were there? When I told them my name and they literally shoved the order in my direction. Did not say anything at all or look at me. Not sure if this is par for the course or if the employee was having a bad day. On top of it was food taste. Gordita “Crunch” was a soggy mess. Gordita Mush should’ve been called as the would’ve been accurate. The chips tasted like they expired a year ago and the burrito was slop and cold at points. Will not be back.

How stupid do you have to be to not read an order correctly? It literally says the sauces but how the hell do you manage to forget them every single fucking time

20 mins for the worst nachos ever. Yikes this was not worth the super long wait. I'd give one star but I want to be nice because of the crowd

The food always tastes a day old. The orders are almost always wrong. The Taco Bell’s in Champaign are much much better.

Workers are incompetent and cannot make a decent (or accurate) meal if their lives depended on it.

Good, solid.

Ordered for takeout a couple of times through the app, and they prepared it fast. The only downside is the food quanity and quality. They prepare it messy in which results in not having enough of ingredients. The staff is nice, but it's just sad to have orders not being up to par. I ordered hard shell tacos, and the shell straight up smelled like chemicals. Very odd.

My recent stop at this Taco Bell in Chicago was far from a memorable dining experience. While I understand that fast food is not meant to be gourmet, the mediocrity of this visit was disappointing. To begin with, the service was lackluster. It took an unnecessarily long time to place my order and receive my food, despite there being only a few customers. The staff seemed disorganized and not particularly focused on their duties. The food quality left much to be desired. The tacos were uninspiring, with soggy shells and tasteless fillings. It felt like the items had been prepared in haste, without any attention to flavor or presentation. It's frustrating when a restaurant known for a particular type of cuisine can't meet even the basic expectations for it. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the restaurant was a concern. Tables were dirty, and the overall atmosphere was far from inviting. It was evident that the dining area needed more attention from the staff. I'm giving it 2 stars because, to its credit, the prices were low, and my order was accurate. However, based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this Taco Bell location in Chicago. There are better options for fast-food Mexican cuisine in the area that offer a more satisfying and efficient dining experience.

Not bad. But please stop over frying the chips for the chips & cheese. The chips are over fried; dark in color, and taste terrible.

Throwing my rating out based on taco bells - not Michelin restaurants.Clean store, quick service, but light on the meat for beefy five layer, hard shell and cheesy gordita.
