My recent stop at this Taco Bell in Chicago was far from a memorable dining experience. While I understand that fast food is not meant to be gourmet, the mediocrity of this visit was disappointing. Ordered for takeout a couple of times through the app, and they prepared it fast. The only downside is the food quanity and quality. They prepare it messy in which results in not having enough of ingredients. The staff is nice, but it's just sad to have orders not being up to par. I ordered hard shell tacos, and the shell straight up smelled like chemicals. Very odd.
