The most horrible drive through experience ever. The chubby African American employee had an impatient attitude when i was trying to order. I couldn't believe that 2 chicken tenders wrapped in a flour tortilla with a little piece of lettuce & a little piece of tomato with a medium coke costed $17 & change & to top it off the employee didn't completely secure the lid on the coke & when I sipped it spilled all over my coat😭

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell drive thru. They were backed up about 10 orders but failed to mention that at the time of ordering. If I had known how long it was going to take, I would have gone to another taco place. I wasted about 40 minutes of my time waiting on drive thru food.

EDIT: and the food was cold by the time I got it

This location is the first one I've been to where they actually had my pick up order ready before I arrived... And it was all 100% correct. The service was fast and friendly and the food was hot and ready. Great job y'all!

I use to love this Taco Bell, but it’s really gone down very fast.When you drive through late at night. You don’t get the right orders. This has happened twice. The mix ups and confusion is a mess. I don’t like ordering here anymore. You tell them what you want, and you get a completely different order at the window. And you have to explain it to them several times. Bring back the old staff. And they cut back on the quantity of the Catina Bowls,
Extremely very skimpy portions, and expensive. It’s not worth going here anymore. You get more for your money at Chipotle

I stopped by after the gym tonight and had one of the most confusing and frustrating drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had at any Taco Bell. I pulled up to the speaker and asked for the protein bowl/box that I’ve ordered before. The person on the headset responded with ā€œThe what?ā€ in a very dismissive tone. I repeated myself, and he replied, ā€œI don’t know what you’re talking about bro,ā€ again with attitude, which felt pretty disrespectful.

Before he could even finish his sentence, another employee jumped in on the speaker and started listing off the different box meals. I’ll give that second employee credit for at least trying to help, but because both of them were talking at the same time, it just turned into one confusing mess and made ordering impossible.

At that point, I didn’t feel confident placing an order, so I left and went to McDonald’s down the street instead. I understand it’s late at night, but customer service still matters. A little patience and professionalism go a long way.

I hope management can look into this, because I usually enjoy Taco Bell and would like to feel comfortable coming back.

I like taco bell, but every other time I get an order from this location, the tacos are old. Freshly made taco bell and tacos that have been sitting around taste very different, and the old ones always ruin this for me.
