I was here late night on 10/26/24. The order took a long time, but I have to give a ton of credit to the team working. Despite a gaggle of delivery drivers standing over them pointing at their phones, the team had their heads down putting out orders. They stayed patient while the customers did not and continued to make and serve orders placed prior to closing long after closing. And the food tasted like Taco Bell, just like I hoped.
Staff is absolutely fantastic. The young man that made my order absolutely made my night with how meticulously he put the food together, packaged it up, and wished me a good night. One of the best taco bells I've been to
It was a late night munchies run after a night of drinking. I think it was 1am or so when we rolled. They had about 5 workers behind the counter but seemed like there wasn’t someone taking orders at the register. The pickup counter was swarmed with UberEats and DoorDash drivers so they were very busy. Your best bet was to place an order at the kiosk and just patiently wait, which is what we did.
