I’ve been driving past Taco Boom Truck for what feels like forever, always catching a whiff of grilled meat or seeing a small line of people and thinking, “One day I’ll stop.” Well, I finally did, and man, I should’ve done it way sooner.
It’s a simple setup, parked off the road, colorful, and always smelling amazing. People were hanging out, eating, and the service was quick and friendly. The guy at the window even gave me some salsa tips when I told him it was my first time.
I went with two carne asada tacos. No exaggeration, the meat was so tender and juicy, with this really nice char on the edges. You could taste the seasoning in every bite, nothing overpowering, just that good mix of garlic, citrus, and smoky flavor. The tortillas were warm, soft but sturdy enough to hold everything together (no taco explosions, which is always a win).
The green salsa? Wild. It started off kind of mild, then hit with this spicy, peppery kick that crept up in the best way. It had some creamy avocado vibes too, which made it super addictive. Honestly, I kept dipping even after I ran out of taco.
If you’re in the mood for solid tacos that hit all the right notes, Taco Boom is 100% worth the stop. I already know I’ll be back.

Went here expecting it to be good and I was definitely not disappointed. First time coming and got the Diablo burrito, absolutely mouth watering from the moment I opened the box. Birria tacos were next and the meat was absolutely perfect. Finished up with a Pizza birria that left me seeing pizza in a different level. The guy behind the counter was very cheerful and explained what was in each dish. Will definitely be adding this to my favorites, can't wait to visit again.

I have visited all three locations of this restaurant, and I am consistently impressed. The food is excellent, and the service is outstanding. In every location, the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The flavors are consistently delicious, no matter which location you visit. My favorite dishes are the Quesabirria and the Birria Pizza. Highly recommend!

Consistently awesome food, I love the chicken tacos, very nice guys working/running the place. I've never seen a taco truck so busy but I get it now. My friend put me on to it & I've been hooked ever since.
Vegetarian options: You can always go cheese instead of chicken or steak for a lot of dishes.
Parking: The truck is located in a parking lot so it's not a problem usually. It just varies depending on how busy they are at the time.
Kid-friendliness: Kids like tacos, so I consider it kid friendly. You just order at the window so it's not like there's a restaurant where they could wreak havoc.
Wheelchair accessibility: If u can make it there then it's friendly.. again it's located in a parking lot.

Was eager to try, but not a good experience.
Upon arrival, 6pm, the cashier in the magenta shirt was super energetic, broke down the differences on the menu, which was unfortunately the highlight of the visit.
Was advised that the food would be ready in 10 minutes,... it took 21 minutes and they still forgot a taco; for context there was only one other person there that ordered before me. Everything was overly packaged with Styrofoam. Just a suggestion, they could just do aluminum foil and call it a day.
Food was ok, but nothing to boast about and definitely not worth the wait; I could just imagine the feedback when they're really busy. And the parking situation leaves an opportunity to get blocked in because it's a tight squeeze as is; we found a missing barrier that we were able to cut out through.
Parking: There is a tight fit but apparently they allow parking in the lot next door by the Dunkin
