Tacos and burritos were amazing! Rice and beans I have had better but they were still delicious. Staff was friendly but I did feel like I needed to speak Spanish..but I wasn't scolded for it. It was a nice experience and pretty good food.Kid-friendliness: They have a kid menu which you rarely see. It was cute.
Stranded here in Chicago Midway after SW airlines weather system crashed! We had to get an overnight hotel nearby. We had all day to kill so decided to try the local food. We walked from the hotel on this main drag. It didn't look like much, but inside it is reminiscent of local places in Mexico and Costa Rica. The prices looked too cheap for the food to be good, but that is the opposite case here! My husband had the beef burrito. He loved it and renamed it the Life Burrito lol....read full review

My husband and I stopped here on a whim after leaving the airport and I must say the food was amazing! We were greeted with a smile and they were very patient, kind, and helpful as I ordered in Spanish. (The mango Agua Fresca is a must try!) We enjoyed the chips and salsa as well as their outstanding asada tacos. They were happy to ask how we liked everything and of course we let them know it was so good.
