The service? A disaster in slow motion. If you can’t keep staff, it usually means you don’t know how to treat people and the way customers get talked to here proves the point. Waiting ages for a basic taco only to be served attitude on the side? Absolutely not.
This place is surviving on hype, not quality, and that hype is about to expire. In a city overflowing with actual top-tier birria, this spot somehow decided to serve bitterness instead of broth.
They can take that nasty energy and file it right where it belongs, far, far away from the food and even further from paying customers

This place is so good. I really like the vibe inside and even when they’re super busy the people there are very friendly. The guy making the food knows his regulars which is cool to see (and there were a lot haha). Had the tacos but have to return to try the quesabirria.

The food is amazing and affordable. I have never had a bad meal. The consommé is delicious plus they give you an huge portion. Their guacamole is amazing and they also give you an huge portion. Everyone who works there is super helpful and efficient. I’ve only eaten there once since I’m a homebody but it was lovely.

Quesabirria are delicious hands down the consomé is flavorful. Taco boom is amazing. BYOB. Parking is street paid parking. The only thing I didn’t like was the Barbie flan it’s like cheesecake with flan I don’t know I didn’t like the texture seemed dry. Good tunes. Great personnel.

I tried the quesabirria and it totally hit the spot. The tortillas were cheese crisp on the edges and filled with tender birria beef that soaked up every bit of flavor. The consome on the side made dipping each bite feel extra rich. The shop’s casual vibe and friendly staff made everything feel easy and fun. I’ll be back soon to order it again no doubt.
This place is a gem. Been a couple times and have had the quesabirria and carne asada tacos as well as the burrito. Each dish is delicious. Highly recommend for a quick lunch, employees are friendly and helpful.
