Adan is very kind and clearly has a passion for the food that he makes. I told him ahead of time that I would have a larger order, and I even came about an hour later than the time I thought I'd be able to make it at, and he made sure our order was fresh and hot. This place is a hidden gem for sure. Prices are amazing, AND the portions are big. The flavor is rich, and not too salty. I have been coming back just about every opportunity I can. I wish it was open every day!...
The steak (carne asada) tacos were very good and the pork tacos (al pastor) were good but the steak tacos were better. You do get a very generous portion of meat on a 3/4 size double tortilla. This was my first time here and I would like to come back and try other meats.
Not terrible, but kinda mid. Meat wasn’t great, as in kinda fatty. For the price on two burritos I’d say it’s average. Would I go out of my way for this? No. it’s a taco stand and the guy works hard so I’ll give him that.
