Taco Pros - Mexican Cocina (Damen Ave)

My husband and I get taco pros ~once a week. We love their burritos for dinner - not too badly priced & delicious!

We always call in our orders, and we are always told ~10 minutes for pickup time. The last couple times we have done this, it seems they don’t actually start making our food until we come pick it up. So then not only are we waiting at least 10 minutes to pick it up (we usually show up after 15-20 minutes), but we have to sit in the restaurant and wait for awhile while they make it. Which is a little frustrating.

One other thing - I always ask for 2 green salsas and they frequently forget this.

The food is great but the workers keep bringing their kids to the restaurant and little ones keep disturbing customers.

I placed an online order, but by mistake , I selected the Damen location. Due to transportation issues, I couldn’t go to Damen location immediately. I spoke to the manager, Jackie, at the Damen location . She understood my dilemma and told me to come anytime to Damen location. I came today to pick up my order , even though, it was more than a week after I placed the order. She remembered who I was on the phone and the order and personally made the chicken burrito for me. Excellent service! Thank you, Jackie!

the food is not good i’m sorry, but it’s really a 1 out of 10 i’m sorry but the music is good & restroom id clean but the food it taste weird like mysterious food… i come from out of state so to me it taste s weird yk..

Ordered 7 steak tacos 🌮 sooooooo good then my friend let me try the chicken tacos omg 🥰 I went and bought three to add to my 7 steak tacos I will be back and don’t get me started on the chips and salsa I had three different sauces everyone one was delicious 🤤

The best Taco Pros in Chicago and the surrounding areas. This is the only location that is authentic from their tomatillo sauce to their rice, chicken tinga, etc. Delicious, great price, amazing portions as well. I would have included pictures, but I inhaled my bowl!

This is the worst hot sauce I've ever tried. I had tried the sauce before and it was better, better tasting, but this one seems like it's packaged. I won't buy tacos there again until they change those sauces. I thought the green one was better, but it's worse, or the same as the red one. It's also terrible.

For a chain , I am quite impressed, the restaurant has amazing food, I didn’t eat there but I have been there for pick up , the restaurant is clean and the staff are great. Horchata can be better, Food is amazing steak taco is awesome and the elote was beyond my expectations. Highly recommended
