I placed an online order, but by mistake , I selected the Damen location. Due to transportation issues, I couldn’t go to Damen location immediately. I spoke to the manager, Jackie, at the Damen location . She understood my dilemma and told me to come anytime to Damen location. I came today to pick up my order , even though, it was more than a week after I placed the order. She remembered who I was on the phone and the order and personally made the chicken burrito for me.
