What a cute little place! And it's not little at all, there's actually so much seating! We tried a variety of items, food and drink and the only thing that is NOT worth getting EVER from this place is their chicken wings. They do not know how to make them and they shouldn't be making them! All the other stuff is fabulous because that's their niche! Love watching how they prepare the seaweed burritos and bowls. Drink are a mystery because they bring them out from the back kitchen, which is where they have the machine that seals the tops. Food is awesome and you should try it for sure!
Friendly staff, but the food is very mediocre and tasteless. I ordered a sushi burrito with shrimp and tofu as the main protein, and there were barely 3 tiny flavorless pieces of shrimp, and tofu had a sponge-like texture. One good thing was that the sauces were pretty good, and I feel like it’s to compensate for the flavorless ingredients that came with the meal.
I love coming here and getting the Lychee Tea with Mango Popping Boba! They have very reasonable prices and nice portions. The store is always immaculately cleaned, and the staff is kind. They also have a ton of space, making it a great place to relax with a boba and one of their amazing poke bowls.
Small bubble tea under $5 which i haven’t seen in a while! I’ll be back!
Delicious ramen, reasonable prices, and fast service. Highly recommended! 🍜✨
was a day 1 taichi defender but so sad to report i think they changed management so tea tastes artificial now and they don’t do loyola discounts anymore
My favorite spicy tonkatsu ramen in Chicago. Service is fast, EVERYTHING IS SO FRESH OMG 🤩🤩 and the atmosphere is so chill. It's like a party for your taste buds. This is the kind of Poke and Ramen where you will want to go back again and again to try everything at least once. Definitely recommended!
I don’t know why suddenly they are so stingy with the tapioca 🤷♀️
Tasted good, but it used to be a better value - I went twice this week.
Had a $17 salmonopoly poke bowl and it came with only a small scoop of salmon.
This tonkatsu ramen was $20 (before tax and tip) and I paid extra for the egg. Didn’t come with enough meat for the price imo.
I like this place l I would come more often if the music was less noisy mainstream reputitive pop songs and more background music :(

Really mediocre. The poke was some of the worst that Ive had in a while with nothing tasting fresh and no mixing of the ingredients at all. In fact, I asked for wasabi, thinking that it would be on top, and, not having seen it there, assumed it was forgotten. It turns out it was below almost all of the ingredients....what a surprise when I found it. The music in the place is also pretty bad and just made me want to eat faster to get out sooner. It's a shame because the interior is really nice looking and clean, but unfortunately the rest of the experience was pretty sub-par.
Good food and boba drink
Nice little corner store that sells poke burritos/bowls and a variety of other adjacent food. You build your own based off what you want, and they have a wide selection of ingredients available. I got poke burrito, with tuna, cucumber, spinach, cream cheese, avocado and green onion. The burritos are medium/smaller but it matches with the price you pay for it. The burrito was decent, as the ingredients were not the freshest but not old by any means. As for allergens, we asked in regards to my partners burrito and they said it should be okay. Unfortunately she did have a mild allergic reaction, and I understand accidents happen but something to note. As for the store itself, its a pretty large place and they sell a variety of plushies, blind boxes and vinyl figurines. I want to love it but it was just okay overall.
Went in for a hearty lunch. Got a filling spinach kale poke bowl with lots and lots of free trimming. Spent about$13 and the bowl couldn't have been yummier or more filling. Coming again
Pros:
-extensive boba tea menu
-ramen and poke options
-friendly staff
Cons:
-Poke bowls are small and they skimp on pretty much every single ingredient
-ingredients are old, oftentimes still a little frozen when they are served
-boba itself is pretty mid
-non optional tipping system when paying- if you don’t want to leave an electronic tip, you have to manually put in 0
Honestly the only reason I come to this location is because it’s the only poke and boba place within easy walking distance.
