Super good food, great find when I was starving and not super expensive. Tacos were a good size and corn bowl had a good spice

Showed up at 12:30 pm on a Friday when their sign says they’d return at noon - no one there. Very disappointing as it is at the very end of the navy pier. Not worth the time.

This cute little shop located at the the end of the navy pier is literally a hidden gem.

I ordered a pork tamale with hot salsa and an Elote with extra heat and was completely impressed. It was creamy and so fresh.
The tamales were moist and super flavorful. Good portion size.

Would definitely recommend this place.

Delicious tacos. Ordered just one as a snack, and came back and ordered 2 more because I couldn’t get enough!

Wow! Didn't expect the best green Chile pork tamale I've ever had to be found on the end of a pier in Chicago a day before I fly home to New Mexico, but here we are! The taco was also fantastic, meat cooked perfectly, and the corn tortilla was sturdy and flavorful. Meal paired real well with a hazy IPA from the biergarten across the walkway.

Imagine a drizzly, dreary, sort of cold summer day in which you've ventured out onto Navy Pier, meandering about and getting just a little hungry. And then out of nowhere a TAMALE STAND appears! Happy happy day.We got a couple of tamales and ate them looking at the lake. The warm food was just what we needed on the chilly afternoon. Probably not a place I would send you specifically for lunch, but if you are in the neighborhood and hungry, you can't go wrong.
