Rossy and her team are absolutely amazing! My husband and I knew we wanted to do great and delicious mexican food for our wedding and we were struggling to find someone who could do that in a large venue setting, and was willing to travel to Janesville, Wisconsin. I found Rossy through tons of research online and so happy I did! She is so incredibly kind and we enjoyed taking the drive to Chicago where she cooked right in front of us a variety of options to try for our wedding.I know that my husband and I probably over communicated often in the 9 months leading up to the wedding with tons of questions and making sure all would go right. She was so patient and kind, communicated with us as we needed, and made sure we were confident with the day of.The day of was amazing! The set up of the food was great for a buffet for 220 people! It was delicious and was a HUGE talk even after the wedding from family and friends. She had plenty of food that people were able to go up for seconds if they wanted to! :)Her team was so friendly and fast. We are so thankful for her and her team to make the trip out to Janesville and for all her support. We recommend her 10 out of 10! Thank you!
