The burrata crostini was amazing but the restaurant was quite chilly and we had to ask for coffee refills. I'd definitely go back, especially in the summer.

Excellent food and superior wait staff. Ambience was perfect. Highly recommend this spot! Great location too! Seared tuna and steaks were amazing! Loved it and will be back!

Went for a date night with one of my kids and overall had a good time, though the experience was mixed. The appetizers were the highlight — a fantastic tuna tartare and a solid shrimp cocktail. I had two glasses of champagne: the first was clearly from an older, flat bottle, but the second came from a freshly opened one and was lovely. I don't recall much of the wine list since the server took the menu away, but they did have a nice Chablis and a few by-the-glass options — not phenomenal, but fine. My son ordered a pasta dish: the sauce was on the heavier side but okay; the pasta itself was overcooked and noticeably low quality. I ordered the Dover sole, which unfortunately was a mistake — not fresh, poorly prepared, and overall not enjoyable. I should have gone with a steak that looked good, but was not in the mood for. Ambience was nice, not too loud, with plenty of servers around (maybe too many — constant back-and-forth across the room). We enjoyed our evening together, but there were several misses, and there are definitely stronger fine-dining options in the area.
We had amazing time!! Food and service was spot on. Loved the back room with gorgeous chandelier, extra large table, and sliding doors for privacy. It was perfection❤️. So glad we chose Tavern to celebrate my daughter's birthday!
