Customer service was excellent! As first timers at Tavern on Rush, we were delighted with the entire experience. The hostess was so gracious and welcoming and despite our asking to change our table twice because of the heating elements above our table, we never felt that we were an inconvenience. Leah and the assistant waitstaff members treated us with courtesy, respect and personal attention. The food and dessert were excellent. I will be back and have recommended Tavern on Rush...
Fantastic experience, celebrated our anniversary, got seated right on time, outside on Rush Street side, best people watching spot! Had great weather and the best server, don't remember his name unfortunately.
Tavern on Rush continues to be one of my new favorite spots in Chicago. Everything you order is incredible. The drinks are great. Service is wonderful. And, I loooovee the upstairs ambiance. I have been here 4-5 times the last year and enjoy it each time.
