I tried several of their teas, and I wanted to share my experiences with them! I tried their Christmas Tea. I steeped 3 grams in 12 ounces of 212 degree water for 2 minutes. I highly recommend the 2 minute steep time, as this delicious holiday blend does not shy away from the spices at all! This is *it* if you like Christmas teas! Todays sampling is Chicago Teahouse Baked Apple. Upon opening the bag I was greeted with a beautiful aroma of a caramel apple sucker, so naturally, I was intrigued.
