The sweetest people ever!! Came in on business and ended up being a costumer. Owner offered a cup of tea while I worked and it was delicious. Saw a sampler and mug i wanted to buy for my 10 yr daughter's birthday. The young lady at the counter offered the caffeine free sampler box and even gave me a few free samples.
SCRUMPTIOUS TEA! this was a perfect rest and reboot stop for a day filled with walk and exploration. The Barista was so kind, passionate about tea (knew her stuff) and brewed me the perfect cup of kukicha tea. It's nice that many of the tea varieties have samples you can smell as well.
Great experience here! The tea sommelier (a man with longer hair) gave me some great input on teas to try, and helped me pick one out that was not caffeinated since I have a caffeine sensitivity. He was so friendly and knowledgable. I also got a hot tea to go, which was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this shop and I will definitely be returning next time I’m in Chicago.
