I tried several of their teas, and I wanted to share my experiences with them!
I tried their Christmas Tea. I steeped 3 grams in 12 ounces of 212 degree water for 2 minutes. Todays sampling is Chicago Teahouse Baked Apple. Upon opening the bag I was greeted with a beautiful aroma of a caramel apple sucker, so naturally, I was intrigued.
