It’s a little grill what do you expect? It’s convenient and there are friendly. When I come home I wanna be lazy and something hot. It helps it conveniency.

The worst over priced coffee I have EVER had. They are so out of touch and refuse to change. There is no reason why anyone should have to leave the building for GOOD COFFEE.
NOT OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. The food is good, when you can get in.
I live in the building and I've only eaten there 3 times. If it weren't for the convenience of the restaurant being right downstairs on those cold winter days I would never step foot in there for anything to eat. The 3 times I have eaten there were all terrible. The food is overpriced, overcooked and overall just nasty. don't waste your money you'll thank me later.

One of the best burgers I've ever had in Chicago. The homemade guacamole is unbelievable. Exceeded my expectations!
I didn't care for the food for real and the rib tips was baked which isn't what I was expecting but the customer service is good.
Excellent services and Enjoy the food.

You have to be a resident of the building, to gain access to this restaurant.I see reviews on here that don't match this place... some 5 star reviews claiming that it's a great place to hang out with friends and such. That's NOT possible.This is a basic grill....hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, fries, etc...The food is good, and this is a super convenient location for residents.If you're not a resident, don't lose heart... the food isn't that great, you're not really missing out on anything.
