I went to the Atlantic Bar and Grill for the first time with my boyfriend tonight, as we're local and pass by it all the time. Although the bar was busy when we arrived (It is St. Patrick's day, after all), we were able to get a table off to the side where there weren't many people. We placed our order at the bar for two drinks and an order of Irish Nachos (an appetizer) to split. We then proceeded to wait for our food for OVER AN HOUR. My boyfriend periodically asked the bartender about the status of our food and was told that the kitchen was very busy and that it would be out soon. When our food finally came, the nachos were room temperature/cold, very light on toppings (I swear there were only 3 tiny minced onions on the whole thing), and most importantly, lacked the ground beef that was supposed to come on the order. (We didn't even realize that the nachos were supposed to have meat until I checked the menu when we got home.) Additionally, the guy who brought our food asked my boyfriend if he wanted a refill on his drink (which he did), took the cup, and never returned with the refill. My boyfriend had to get up and go to the bar to get his drink himself. By that point, after waiting over an hour for severely lackluster food, I was quite annoyed and ready to leave. We finished our meal and drinks and left as soon as we could. The food was definitely not worth the wait, and looked nothing like the Irish Nachos I've seen in other review pics on Google. I unfortunately didn't get a picture of them (I was already upset after the long wait) but please believe me when I say that they weren't what we expected at all. Very lackluster and sad. I normally don't write negative reviews, and my boyfriend and I are very patient and forgiving, especially with local shops. I really wanted to love this place!!! However, this experience was completely unacceptable in my opinion, and I truly cannot recommend the Atlantic Bar and Grill to anyone after my experience tonight.

Visited the Atlantic to watch Spurs in the Europa League. Dennis and Denny were great, beer, Food and friendly Spurs supporters made for a great afternoon. Hopefully I’ll manage tk get another Spurs game live when I’m next back in town.

The Atlantic Bar & Grill, situated just outside the heart of Lincoln Square in Chicago, is a delightful spot known for its welcoming vibe and excellent food. It’s particularly popular among soccer fans, often transforming into a lively soccer bar where you can catch all the big games. The bar offers a wide variety of drinks and dishes, making it a great place for both sports enthusiasts and those looking to enjoy a relaxed evening out. The friendly staff and cozy environment make it a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Food was shockingly bad. Coleslaw was pink with age and smelled rancid. Fish had hair in the batter.

Not a place for a non local on a Sunday vs Nottingham Forest. Place is overpacked and nowhere to get service or try food. If you want to be surrounded by fellow people wearing Tottenham gear, you will get your fill. If you want to come and enjoy a pint and match, be aware.

I love the Atlantic! It has that perfect Chicago bar atmosphere. The bar is warm and inviting and so are the owners and the staff! I couldn’t recommend it enough. We’ve even done my uncles birthday party here two years in a row.The prices are great and the food is exactly what I expect from my favorite bar. Comfort food that’s affordable with good portions. It’s a good spot to stop in and watch a game, meet up with some friends or just relax and have a beer.
