Did a 3 cocktail progression here. Service was excellent. It was a great show and experience with the cocktails but a little style over substance. We thought the actual cocktails were just OK taste wise.

It's just hard to beat the kitchen table experience , for a well... Experience you sign a book that looks 800 years old and contribute a spice for the next patron, things bubble and smoke. If you want to punctuate a special occasion, it's going to be hard to beat this for fans of cocktails and ceremonies

This is a place you go for the show, that's it. If you're a cocktail lover and enjoy good drinks, I would steer you away from here. Highly recommend Kumiko, Meadowlark or Violet Hour. Those places know how to do cocktails well. Here everything you drink is syrupy and way too sweet. They put too much focus on the presentation and not enough on the drinks itself. If you want a good drink, save your money and go elsewhere.

We had an incredible experience at The Aviary with the 5-course nonalcoholic pairing, and it completely blew us away. Every course was creative, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious.
Each pairing complemented the food perfectly, but the Japanese Eggplant course was the standout for me — rich, flavorful, and unforgettable. From start to finish, everything felt thoughtful and special.
The Aviary team truly makes it an experience, not just a meal. Can’t wait to come back and do it all over again!

If you are thinking about doing the kitchen table experience, this is your sign to DO IT! We enjoyed sitting in the kitchen as the staff worked meticulously to create unique bites and cocktails. The attention to detail is amazing as each team member in the kitchen takes their time and effort to make sure every item leaving looks and tastes as it was intended. Being in the kitchen afforded us the ability to interact with many staffers, each one paying us special attention and giving elaborate details for each course. Paul Sauter, the bar director, spent a significant amount of time with us to provide back stories and explanations for many of the courses - you could tell he was very passionate about his job and mixology in general - he made our night spectacular! Attaching just a few pictures, because you really ought to see it for yourself. :-) Thank you to the entire Aviary staff for an unforgettable cocktail adventure!

Exceptional gastronomical experience! Tried The Aviary for this first time this week and booked The Kitchen Table experience with the 7 course / cocktail pairing. All of the cocktails and dishes were very good, well balanced, and visual very exciting. The service was top notch as well with accommodating and knowledgeable waitstaff. Would highly recommend, Micheline Star worthy!

Fine place for drinks. Just about every drink was delicious. Unfortunately, the glamor stops there. 4 and 5 course meals are overrated and not worth the price. Corn dogs and tacos are not fine dining.. The corn dogs taste was that of something frozen reheated. When I suggested to the server a better replacement of the food, they got very defensive and disagreed. Definitely will never be back as there's better places to spend time and money.

The coolest cocktail experience we've ever had! The drinks are pricey, but you are paying for an experience. I will say the 3 drink progression was way more than enough to drink for two people. I would also recommend the chicken kebabs over the other food items we tried. It is a great place for anytime, but something extra special for an occasion!
