Hostess was very rude when we asked to change our table- walked away while we were talking to her! Speakers blaring in our ears. Not sure why we had to pay a deposit. Drinks were really good. The food was our biggest issue- tasted great but the menu is SO DECEIVING it's a joke! Photos of the food showed them all to be twice the size they were (tacos, burger & ESPECIALLY the sliders). Tacos and fried Thai chicken were delicious. Sliders were comically small. Get new menus...
For us, the Bamboo Room didn’t live up to the hype. Service, with one bartender, was really slow, and we felt ignored most of the night. The drinks were mostly good with a few misses. The Clairvoyant Missionary was our favorite.
Overall I really love this place, it's an elevated tiki bar with some of the coolest drinks out there! My two issues were that I had to put at $10 down payment for each person in my reservation and that was not credited to my bill. Then, once we were sat the waitress asked for a card to start a tab. After finishing our food and drinks we sat for about 15-20 minutes waiting for our waitress to come back to the table and bring our check. Conveniently they had a QR code on the...
