My friends invited back to their hotel to get drinks and it was a very relaxing experience. There wasn't much foot traffic through the hotel, it was relatively calm, and besides ourselves, the bar was quite quiet and calm. It was a great way to relax from the day and enjoy a drink with friends.

This was a cool bar, in the round, in the middle of the Fairmont Hotel Lobby. The vibe was that of a gentleman's bar from the early 1900s with wood and glass. The decor, although modern, felt masculine. They had a wide range of liquor and drinks of the day.

This is a most as far as I am concerned for any visitor. You must try the cheese board to share and the 2 ginger drink, you won't be sorry.

Bit disappointed from the descriptions on Internet and guide books. Seems like an average hotel bar (though I am a frequent business traveller so perhaps a bit spoilt). Friendly and efficient service. Nice cocktails.
