Really friendly employees at this location, kudos to them because despite non stop traffic, I saw my cashier with a smile. Very efficient kitchen staff I didn’t wait too long for the pizza. Got the BBQ chicken pizza, which was super tasty, hot out the oven, but I wish I got the classic pepperoni. Very generous portion for one person. Not THEEEE best pizza in the world, but on this side of the B concourse, it’s not a bad option!

Not sure about the negative reviews, but I had a great, reasonably fast lunch here. To be able get actual freshly prepared food in an airport is no mean feat, let alone when it’s this good. I’ll be back back time I’m in ORD.

When this location was Wolfgang Puck, the pizzas, salads, and soups were fantastic! Yesterday I walked from my C concourse to B to get this food and to E for my connecting flight because I expected the food to be worth the effort. While the name is now “Bronze,” the descriptions and menu are nearly identical to Wolfgang puck. That is where the similarity ended. It took 25 minutes after paying for my order to receive it. I stood among travelers whose stress mounted as layover time ticked away without them receiving food. I watched several abandon their orders. Then I received my pizza. It was cooked well. The dough was delicious. The toppings, however, were hugely disappointing. While the description matched Wolfgang puck’s ingredients, the flavor did not. The cheese was bland, the fennel in the sausage was unidentifiable, the veggies had gotten mushy in the bake. I used to travel across the airport to eat here. Now I will never return.

Worst pizza I had in my life, in fact, I did not know that a pizza could get this bad. Firewood oven gets you in but is all a hoax. Pooor customer service. Service at the bar and the bartender was great!
