As a non-US tourist, the idea that a cheesecake can be 1000+ calories is simply ludicrous and guilt-inducing. Because of this inhibition, I decided - rather cowardly - to order a low calorie cheesecake which was still ultra sweet and rich. The tea selection was lovely and our waitress was kind and patient. The interior design is … well, beauty is in the eye of the beholder 🤭

Had a great meal here. Pricing what you would expect in a big city. Service excellent.

I went here for my birthday and come back, I highly don’t like some female customer service cause they have this “Don’t like man vibe. But overall still a good experience.

The jalapeno chicken bites were okay. The atmosphere for our large group and the service was top notch. Thank you .

The menu at The Cheesecake Factory in Chicago is so large that it almost feels like a book, and it's easy to get lost looking through the countless possibilities. There are large quantities on every table, and the environment is lively and frequently full. While certain meals, particularly the more expensive steaks and seafood, are more forgettable, others, like the chicken Madeira, pastas, and burgers, truly stand out. Sometimes prompt and attentive, and other times overworked when the restaurant is busy, service might be unpredictable. In any case, the cheesecake is the star of the show; it's rich, creamy, and comes in a range of flavours, so it's worth making space for.

$30 for these super tiny cheesecakes. Went 9/14 at 1:30pm. Been going my whole life and never got a portion size this small. Both together is like one cheesecake

The women’s bathroom was disgusting. Every stall was out of toilet paper and paper towels. It was dirty and gross.

This spot is always a reliable choice with a huge menu that has something for everyone. The portions are big, the flavors are consistent, and of course the desserts are a highlight. The atmosphere is lively but still comfortable, and the service is usually quick and friendly. It’s an easy go-to whether you’re out with family, friends, or just craving a slice of cheesecake.

We love Cheesecake Factory. I’m giving 4/5 stars to this location due to their bathrooms being horrible. They needed cleaned; were out of toilet paper and paper towels; and water all over the floor. The food was great as always. Steak Diane is the perfect steak meal. We got the coconut cream pie cheesecake and loved it!

Service was pretty good. We got in quick, even though it seemed pretty busy. Food was pretty standard, cocktails were also standard. Our kids enjoyed it. Bathrooms weren’t the cleanest. Less grand feeling than other cheesecake factories we ages been too and probably wouldn’t try it again with how many options are near by.
