The decor is great, the service is really bad! They messed up our very simple order three times—first they sent the wrong drink, then they failed to put in the food, then they charged us twice for the food it took an hour and a half to receive. Never refilled our water. Didn’t comp anything, but I guess they did take off the extra food they charged us for so that’s something.

We had a reservation for our group at 7:30pm & the music was so loud we couldn’t hear each other at all. For reference we are in our twenties so not hard of hearing. Decor was really fun and cool & our waitress was nice but seemed super overwhelmed. It took over 45 minutes for us to get our drink from the time we ordered it. Our food came to our table before our drinks & it wasn’t great food.

Waitress tried really hard and was very quick on the things within her control.
Management obviously did not manage correctly. 1 bartender on a packed Friday evening during a themed event? It took about 45 minutes for each round of drinks from ordered to made.
In addition, either the cocktails weren’t that good or were made wrong. Mine was missing the garnish so I’m guessing made wrong.
Food was eh. The chips had zero flavor to them.
They did a good job with the Halloween decorations.

The staff was drinking more than the guests. I couldn’t even get a drink because the blonde skinny guy was so busy having a personal party. The only guests he took care of were the girls he was hitting on, i guess I wasn’t pretty enough to get a drink. When I tried to order he seemed over it and annoyed

Wow! 10/10 experience here! My coworkers and I planned a big group event and we were blown away. Pricing was incredibly reasonable (did yall make a mistake? Email us lol) and the bar itself was so cool! We loved the cocktail lounge vibe with the enormous patio. The food was also really good—it sounded like basic party food initially but ended up being very nice charcuterie boards and actually delicious sliders, bruschetta, and snacks. And the service! Can’t rave enough, the whole crew treated our group so well (even if work party groups are annoying). We liked it so much that my friend and I went back later that same night! Couldn’t get enough. Thanks for a night to remember, Dandy Crown!
