Came all the way from Niles to try their rolled ice cream at 4pm and they were closed. Their hours are listed open until 9pm today. There was a closed sign on the door that said will return at 6:45pm. Super disappointing.

Horrible customer service. I bought the chamoy pickle. My daughter & me asked several times if the cashier could make it and she said no. She gave us the kit and said you make it at home. I have been here several times before and they always make it. But today the cashier did not want to. Will not be back.
