They are not consistent with the food preparation, every time my coworkers and myself order, the presentation looks different, flavor, amount of fries, churros etc. If you order online, food should be ready on the designated area for online orders, and most of the time is not. Sometimes the food is not hot, or evenly cooked.
1/2024 3* Been here as they were opening a little while back. Food is excellent. Today I only had the waffle fries. Cooked to PERFECTION! Proper amount of salt and seasoning. Absolutely great! The issue is the service. I can only speak for the person up front. He smiles a lot, but is not as friendly as that appears. He “argued” with 2 customers in the entire 5 minutes I was standing there. Then had people speaking to him about one of those arguments from a table....
