I really wanted to love it here. I will say, I appreciated that my group of four was seated right away since we arrived early. We sat on the upper level and our waiter was kind, but after our food came out, we were never checked on again. I was dying for some salt and pepper lol. The food and atmosphere was fine but this was the first time I was hit with an 18% tip automatically on the bill for a party of four????? Fortunately our server told me about it when delivering the check but thought this was a bit presumptuous and what if the service had been less than acceptable??
The hostess was extremely rude and seemed stressed with her job. Walked in at 7:35pm on a Friday night. She states there will be a 45 minute wait or the bar is open. I make an online reservation on open tables for 7:45pm right there. She seemed annoyed and told me to check in at 7:45pm which was in 5 minutes so I sat down and waited 5 minutes to check in.
