To be honest, I don't think this place is that bad for airport food--overpriced, yes, but not bad. I got beef and broccoli which was a bit mushy but had alright ginger+soy flavor, and the sesame chicken had good flavor as well but was too salty. For the price ($20), it was definitely not worth the serving size as alas, it is a small bowl and does not live up to its name. This place is a disaster. Employees yelling at customers,” Big Bowl is closed” over and over. People getting upset, refunds given. Why not advertise “closed” on the TV screens when switching from breakfast to lunch. Travel a lot and work in restaurants, this was embarrassing.

I'm rating this 5/5 given that it's in an airport. I had the tofu and vegetables and it was actually good with lots of fresh veggies like mushrooms, green beans, broccoli, and bell peppers in a tasty sauce. I was prepared for mediocre at best and was very happily surprised.
